Effectively address client inquiries and uphold high levels of satisfaction.
To meet the expectations of customers, determine their wants, and evaluate them.

Using the proper methods/tools, provide accurate, valid, and full information. 
Handle client complaints, present acceptable solutions and alternatives within time constraints, and follow up to ensure resolution. 
Observe and improve communication protocols, rules, and regulations.
Go above and beyond to engage customers.
