I am highly proficient in a wide range of industry-standard tools and platforms, including MLS, Dotloop, SkySlope, Sisu, Top Producer, CINC, DocuSign, CTME, Brivity, Realvolve, TCWorkflow, Follow Up Boss, TransactionDesk, Command, and Open to Close, as well as navigating major real estate websites such as Zillow and HUD Home Store, alongside various CRM and OMS systems.

Most notably, I previously served as Team Leader for the Transaction Coordination department, where I led, trained, and supported a team of Transaction Coordinators to ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient transaction processes across high-volume pipelines.
