Profile Description

  I worked as a Customer Service Representative in a Real Estate Company. My task is receiving payments (cash or cheques). Once I received the payment, I'm going to encode it on our system then I'm going to print the proof of the payment. I am also conducting a seminar for the buyers so that they are aware about the Company's policy, especially in payments. Other task I'm doing is checking the houses before we turn it over to the buyers. I am checking the house if it's good to turn over. I can say that, I am excellent in terms of communicating with other people and doing the tasks that are given to me.
  I also have a customer service representative experience in BPO company for 3 years and 2 months. I worked there as order entry agent and as a chat support representative. Being order entry representative is a great experience for me. Because I know that I am helping diabetic customers since we are encoding test strips, lancets and other materials to check their sugar. I am happy because I've been considered as one of the top agents in our account and I was awarded as Agent of the Year for year 2014. On the other hand, as chat support representative is more challenging because we are tracking packages and we have live interaction with customers unlike in order entry, we don't have. However, since I like challenges, I've been on the top 10 agents for 3 consecutive months.
  I want a stable job where I can share my knowledge and help the company I am going to work with.
