Profile Description

Former PBN Lead for Digital Domination for 2 years and a month. The main role of my job is to manage all of the websites under my cluster. Build links to gain more traffic for our money site. Build and design websites. Track, report, and analyze website analytics.

Also a previous I.t Service Desk. My role with the company I'm working with is about the active directory, handling high volumes of calls also email for a hospital which is based in the U.S. Giving the fastest solution for critical concerns for any hardware such as computers,
printers, VPN, operating machines. Providing advance technical support for software platforms that the company uses. Creating and handling of tickets, passing service level target.
I know a bit of knowledge in Photoshop but still, need areas for improvement.  I always put myself in everything that I do and I wanted to take this opportunity to be a part of your growing company.
