I have worked in the BPO industry for over three years, primarily handling sales accounts, and have been doing excellent in my previous positions. I've worked as a representative for Expedia, Travelocity, and Trip Advisor, booking hotels and contacting the hotel directly for inquiries unavailable on the Expedia webpage. I also worked with AT&T for sales and account inquiries on DirecTV, and I always meet the demands of my work.I also have a little experience in social media management, collecting data from future producers, and preparing social media content on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. 
I have two years of experience being a VA for e-commerce brands. I mostly do excel or spreadsheet data encoding and answering emails, chats, and calls as customer support while managing other fields such as processing refunds and checking order status inside Shopify.
I also have experience handling a team as a lead senior customer representative with my most recent work. I am also skilled in handling difficult customer situations, supporting my teammates, and providing teaUpgrade to see actual infomber feedback and self-development suggestions. Additionally, I am a highly-skilled in administrative tasks and customer support.
