I have worked in the BPO industry for over three years, primarily handling sales accounts, and have been doing well in my previous positions. I've worked as a representative for AT&T for sales and account inquiries on DirecTV, and I have always met the demands of my work. I also have a little experience in social media management, collecting data from future producers, and preparing social media content on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
I have two years of experience as a VA for e-commerce brands. I mostly do Excel or spreadsheet data encoding and answering emails, chats, and calls as customer support while managing other fields such as processing refunds and checking order status inside Shopify.
