1. Processing of rent receipts and other tenant, owner and supplier payments.
2. Daily bank reconciliation and monthly bond reconciliation.
3. Entering and processing of accounts payable invoices.
4. Rent arrears and invoice arrears.
5. Preparation of breaches of contracts, Form 10., etc.
4. Uploading payment file in bank, transfer and printing of SOA.
5. Fortnight, midmonth and month end process.
6. Processing financial year end.
7. Preparation of month end report.
8. Setting up new tenant, property and owner.
9. Tenant application and NTD check.
10. Preparation of lease agreement, renewals and management authority and other legal documents.
11. Checking of PCR & scheduling of inspection.
12. Withhold funds report and owner charges.
