Hi, my name is Upgrade to see actual info and I am looking for a job as a Transcriber, Data Encoder, Virtual Assistant and Customer Support Representative. I have been working in a BPO company for more than 2 years as a Customer Support Representative and a Quality Analyst for an E-commerce website.

I conduct audits on a daily basis to ensure exceptional qualities are met and answer customer inquiries through email. I'm looking for a job where I can share my knowledge, skills, and experience in this field.

I also worked as a Technical Support Representative in a SaaS company for 5 years and 2 months. As a Technical Support Representative, I'll make sure to provide the best experience for my clients.

I provide utmost attention to the tasks given to me. This is to ensure that the quality of my work is favorable to my clients. I am pretty flexible with respect to working hours. I always make sure to finish the tasks given to me on or before the deadline. My number one goal is to provide 100% client satisfaction.
