Profile Description

I have worked in Customer Support for more than 8 years. I started working in a call center as phone support for more than a year. I then transitioned into working at home and have been a freelancer for the past 4 years. I have worked with mostly eCommerce store owners, Amazon sellers, and drop shippers. 
I have a deep unUpgrade to see actual infostanding of how eCommerce works whether it is using POD or dropshipping. I also have a good knowledge of Amazon as I have worked with Amazon sellers. 
I have used multiple Customer service tools in the past and I believe that any other tools are almost similar in function so I believe I can learn any new tools easily as well.
