I spent two years working as a Technical Support Specialist, providing troubleshooting, system assistance, and technical guidance to ensure smooth operations for users and internal teams.

I also have two years of experience as a Data Engineer, where I focused on building efficient workflows and automation systems. I extensively use Notion as a backend database through API integrations to create seamless internal processes, helping improve data management and operational efficiency within the company.

In addition, I work with Thinkific as a course creator, developing and managing online educational content. I have integrated Thinkific with our GoDaddy-hosted website to effectively showcase and deliver our digital products.

I also utilize Notion AI to support system development, prompt engineering, and workflow optimization, helping streamline internal operations and improve productivity.

I also have an experience working as an IT assistant in a specific school, utilizing the tools of Photoshop and Coreldraw.
