TECHNICAL SKILLS
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel,Powerpoint)
• Knowledge in manufacturing processes
• Experience in methods of failure analysis• Experience in preparing reports, papers or other scientific publications
• Perform data analysis and interpretation
• Good knowledge of several of the characterization methods: FT-IR,SEM, Porometer, UTM, Electrospinning, UV-VIS.etc.
• Background in using Programming Language (C++, Visual Basic,MATLAB interface)• Background in AUTOCAD and SketchUp

Customer Success Management experiences:• Coordinate with clients the possible upgrades that can be performed to improve system performance• Provide guidance to colleagues in troubleshooting and iUpgrade to see actual info management for the root cause analysisfor the major iUpgrade to see actual info reported• Created different How-To documents for the team in resolving various technical issues and other systemactivities• Join bridge calls with clients during major iUpgrade to see actual info handling• Prepare a development plan for the team to improve team effectiveness and efficiency• Plan different service window and be the point of contact during execution• Prepare presentation regarding the technical activities• Coordinate with resources the tasks that should be done during service window• Create/Update project documents to ensure accuracy of the steps to be performed• Create implementation schedules and timelines for different change activities• Ensure the team’s deliverables meets the quality standards and completed on time• Collaborate with different teams in ensuring project timelines are executed on time• Train/mentor new joiners to prepare them in day-to-day operation
