I am a licensed public high school English teacher currently employed by the Department of Education. Prior to entering the field of education in 2018, I accumulated over a decade of experience working in various BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) companies from 2007 to 2018.
Throughout my BPO career, I held roles primarily in customer service, assisting international clients over the phone by addressing their concerns and resolving their issues efficiently and professionally. My strong communication skills and attention to detail contributed to positive customer experiences across the companies I served.
In 2014, I was promoted to the role of Communications Trainer. This position allowed me to leverage my background in education and language, as I was responsible for training newly hired employees in foundational English language skills. My duties included instruction in Standard American English pronunciation, grammar, and basic customer service practices. This role further honed my ability to deliver clear, accurate, and effective communication.
Given my combined experience in education and corporate training, I am confident in my ability to deliver high-quality work in areas such as proofreading, writing, and transcription. My commitment to accuracy, clarity, and linguistic precision has been a consistent part of my professional work.
I am open to exploring new career opportunities, whether full-time or part-time. While I am currently working in the public education sector, I am willing to transition to a new role should a more promising opportunity arise.
