I have been teaching the English language for Chinese for 2 years, from 4 years old to 60 years old, which helped me to develop my confidence in facing different people, showing authority, and giving proper instructions. I also have been a trainer, training new applicants about communication skills, grammar, and skills in teaching online. I have worked in a call center, both as a technical support representative and customer service representative for a health care account, which really helped me to develop my patience, broaden my understanding, putting myself in their shoes, and work well under pressure. Because of these jobs I had, I can say that I grew a lot. I learned to be responsible, dedicated, committed, have integrity in everything that you are doing, and most importantly to love what you are doing.
Though I know I am really not an expert but I know myself well that I will do my hundred percent best in everything that I will be doing, which will make me the best candidate to help me build your business.
