Profile Description

1.) I worked for a well-known English-editing company for more than nine years. I was a senior mailbox monitor, an admin assistant, and an IT staff (multi-task). I was responsible for handling clients' inquiries on our services via e-mail, assigning different article documents to different editors nationwide, and troubleshooting some technical issues on our database (Zoho Creator, Zoho Recruit, Zoho CRM). We also use Google Sheets/drive for backup purposes. I had handled lots of different tough clients' complaints. I was also the one who was in charge of training newly hired mailbox monitors. Lastly, we used Slack to communicate with our team.

2.) I also have experience using WordPress as a Webmaster and supporting several clients using different builders like Elementor, Oxygen, Divi, Gutenberg, Avada, WPBakery, Beaver Builder, and WPBuilder.

3.) I also worked as an eBay Manager, I did manual listing, searching and writing the product description, searching for a suitable price for the item, enhancing the images, shipment tracking, and replying to some clients inquiries.

4.) I also worked as a Social Media Manager, I used the Hootsuite application to do posting on several social media accounts on a daily basis.

5.) I have some experience in online IT support by updating websites through Filezilla and assisting some technical issues using Chrome Remote Desktop.

6.) I also have some experience using chat support system (Tawk.to) and ticketing support system (OSticket).

7.) I also worked as a Marketing Manager and SEO Developer.
