Profile Description

1.) I worked for a well-known English-editing company for more than nine years. I was a senior mailbox monitor, an admin assistant, and an IT staff (multi-task). I was responsible for handling clients' inquiries on our services via e-mail, assigning different article documents to different editors nationwide, and troubleshooting some technical issues on our database (Zoho Creator, Zoho Recruit, Zoho CRM). We also use google sheets/drive for backup purposes. I had handled lots of different tough clients' complaints. I was also the one who was in charge of training newly hired mailbox monitors. Lastly, we used Slack to communicate with our team.

2.) I also do dropshipping works on eBay, Amazon, and Shopify. I have some knowledge using PriceBlink, Amazon Assistant, SEO Stack,  Keepa, ZikAnalytics, Web Seller Guru, AutoDS, and DSgenie.

3.) I also worked as eBay Manager, I do manual listing, searching and writing the product description, searching for a suitable price for the item, enhance the images, shipment tracking, and reply to some clients inquiries.

4.) I also worked as a Social Media Manager, I used Hootsuite application to do posting on several social media accounts on a daily basis.

5.) I have some experience in online IT support by updating websites through Filezilla and assisting some technical issues using Chrome Remote Desktop.

6.) I also have experience using WordPress as a front-end developer.

7.) I also have some experience using chat support system (Tawk.to) and creating email templates for the autoresponder system.

I am a self-motivated person. I love to encourage people, to find solutions, and to try new things. I am loyal and honest. Furthermore, I am willing to share my ideas to others.
