Profile Description

I have been a Virtual Assistant for 4 years. For my part-time, I mainly support e-commerce sellers by doing product research for a wholesaler and a buyer for a seller doing retail arbitrage. I also became a full-time credit repair specialist, a B2B customer support, and an appointment setter. Also, I have become an ESL tutor for six months.

Before I became a home-based Virtual Assistant, I have been in the customer service industry for ten years. For the first three years, I was a customer service representative for a medical account and then switched to a telecommunications account.  For the next seven years, I have been part of the business investigation team for a business account. I have been handling complaints using a CRM platform and have been doing administrative Upgrade to see actual info order to resolve a ticket, I need to do online research, email communication, and schedule phone calls to the principals, I also did chat support to certain government entities to verify business registrations. Once I have gathered the information, I will then compose a resolution to answer the inquiry and any changes on the account needs to be updated by encoding it in the system.

I am skilled in using MS Office mainly MS Word, PowerPoint, and MS Excel. I am equipped with Google Drive, Calendar, Salesforce CRM, Credit Dispute Manager, and SAP system. I have excellent oral and written communication skills, good typing skills, a team player, and I am result-oriented,
