I am a Bookkeeping Manager with extensive experience supporting US-based businesses, primarily using QuickBooks Online in a firm-style environment. My role goes beyond day-to-day bookkeeping. I oversee accuracy, review work, improve processes, and ensure financial data is reliable, compliant, and decision-ready.
I bring a high level of expertise in QuickBooks Online, including account setup, cleanups, reconciliations, reporting, and issue resolution. I regularly review and provide feedback on other bookkeepers’ work, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and adherence to best practices.
I also have hands-on experience with 1099 preparation and filing using platforms such as Track1099, as well as supporting year-end processes for US clients. Experience in real estate bookkeeping and property management accounts is an added strength, allowing me to confidently handle trust accounts, rental income, and industry-specific reporting.
