• Certified Bitcoin Professional / Experience in Crypto Exchange 
• Strong knowledge of different Ethereum-based tokens, wallets, and networks.
• More than 10 years of Technical/Customer Support background.
• Advanced knowledge in different Operating Systems such as MacOSX, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, Android OS, and IOS.
• Solid IT Helpdesk experience and can handle phone calls (inbound and outbound), emails, web tickets, and chat. Experience in using ITIL-based Ticketing Tools such as Zendesk, ServiceNow, Amp Remedy, and FootPrints.
• Active Directory Account Management
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications such as MS Word 2010, Excel 2010, PowerPoint 2010, and Skype for Business.
• Remote desktop management skills, Teamviewer, LogMein, AnyDesk etc.
• Excellent English Communication skills and self-motivated
• Strong attention to detail.
