I have been in the BPO industry for several years now. I started with a Health Insurance campaign way back when I was still in college and took that as my part time job. I stayed for more than a year or so, and went back to focus on my studies.
After that, I went back as a customer representative for one of Amazon's largest manpower named Integrity Staffing Solutions. I handled inbound calls wherein I have to address most of the employees' concerns which is a very sensitive task. I learned to be patient and calm in handling Irate customers which I believe is one of the most important things to master in this industry.
I also worked for an account that is about Financial Education Services wherein we don’t just offer Credit restoration but also offer other packages that will help American citizens with their Financial Stability.
Next to that, I worked for a car shipping company named nexus auto transport and helped them acquire customers for the business.
I also got a chance to make calls for two of the largest global telecommunications conglomerate, AT&T and Comcast.
And last but not the least, I am proud to say that above all of these, I am a Telemarketer and Virtual Assistant as well. I am very fond of cold calling, lead generation and setting appointments for my clients. As for being a virtual assistant for a Real estate Agent wherein I skip trace and pull out leads for me to call. This taught me to be driven and aggressive in closing deals in which is very rewarding on my part not only because it proves that I'am doing a great job but most of all I'am able to meet my client's expectations in which I believe is my ultimate purpose.
After years of handling different accounts, I was finally promoted as a Business Development Manager. I’m confident being in this position and help you with getiing your goals and company’s growth, Since that’s what I’ve been doing since I started in this industry.
