Profile Description

I am currently an HR Compliance Specialist for an outsourcing company where I ensure that all employees adhere to company policies, and are always productive. After I graduated from High School, I managed to accrue 6 months of work experience. I had the privilege of working for the Philippine Statistics Authority as a Census Enumerator, where I learned valuable professional skills such as research and statistical analysis. Then, I became a volunteer for a Non-Government Organization doing Humanitarian Aids and Services where I was appointed a trainer and leader. Before the global pandemic, I worked as an Inventory Processing Specialist for a ticketing brokerage company where I ensure that the tickets we buy have correct disclosures and the costs are reasonable. In both my academic and professional life, I have been consistently praised as detail-oriented by my professors and peers. Whether working on academic, extracurricular, or professional projects, I apply proven communication, teamwork, and research skills which I hope to leverage through working for companies that will hire me.
