Profile Description

Worked as a customer support  for a two years and a half doing chat and email support. Proficient in handling Facebook and Twitter task. Managed a network of Facebook and Instagram pages for an E-commerce store. Was responsible in posting new content daily, replying to comments & engaging with customers. 

Managed a Shopify store for  25 months.   Was responsible in managing order fulfillment  on retail and bulk orders with vendors. Update order shipping information from Dropified. Responded to customer's  product inquiry,  and complaints.Was also responsible in creating discounts for frequent customers and added new products on website and product research,also creating themes,product descriptions,pricing,I also have experience on amazon.
  
I am proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint application. I also have experience in converting word documents to PDF file. I understand Google Drive and Dropbox. I have basic knowledge  in WordPress  

I can work independently and I am a team player.  I am  very flexible when it comes to work hours and open to changes.  I am eager to learn new skills and acquire new knowledge.  I am very much willing to be trained and open to feedback.  I am committed and I always give my hundred percent effort in everything that I do
