I have a total of 3 years of ESL, TOEFL, TOEIC teaching skills and can speak English very fluently with a neutral accent. Because of this, I was able to render 15 years of Call Center Experience with 10 years of Managerial, Supervisory/Team Leader skills specializing in coaching and mentoring, developing and enforcing operational initiatives, client and stakeholder relation, data analysis, training, recruiting, and events organization. As a result of my efforts, I was fortunate to receive the Best Manager award when I became a Senior Team Leader in 2010. The scope of my expertise vary from Customer Service, Technical Support, Sales, and Back Office.

I majored in Advertising and Public Relations and is capable of Tri-Media (Print, TV, Radio) campaign conceptualization and ---------- addition, I worked as a freelance voice talent for ads and audio visual ---------- 2012, I put up a small scale Events Management team back in 2012 and organized weddings, birthday celebrations, company events to name a few.
