I am a Freelancer who work for over 5 years now engaging Virtual Assistant, E-Commerce site operation Management, and Customer support. I am a hardworking and techie type of person who always make system in my work  to make it easy and organise.
I have an experience regarding project and operation management using Trello, Asana, Slack, Podio, Google Suites and TeamWork making sure that I stay connected with my co-workers especially with my team giving us update on everything regarding to our work.
I am also experienced in Amazon Product Research and Sourcing, Order Processing in Shopify and WooCommerce both manually or using applications like Oberlo, Dropified, AliCommerce or AliDropship respectively. Customer Support, Social Media Campaigns and Page management as well as marketing are also my strengths. I have learned these things through video tutorials and written instructions given to me by the previous employers and companies I worked for and I always make sure that my knowledge is updated by watching YouTube videos, reading relevant materials and learning from Udemy courses related to the field I specialize in.
And with my positive attitude with work making sure that things are getting done on time and even earlier, I am confident that I can be an asset to your company.
