While working as Claims/Online Listings/Email Support, I was able to gain experience on the following tasks:
• Checks online listings for Amazon(US, UK and CA), EBay(US and UK) and Walmart for any issues and remove them if necessary.
• Processing and Applying for claims for different shipping companies and also suppliers in order to minimize loss for lost/damaged shipments, damaged/loss/defective items. This also includes calling different vendors for their claims policies (acquiring RMAs and adjustments)
• Respond to customer inquiries, provide resolution and follow up if necessary.
• Provide assistance to co-workers regarding product information, description and issue.
• Calling different vendors and shipping carriers for status of claims and returns.
