Profile Description

I have extensive work experience in customer service, sales and marketing. I am customer oriented, keen on details, highly trainable, internally motivated, can work under pressure, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, with can-do attitude and can work with minimal supervision. I exceeded clients' expectation and make sure that their satisfied. I am proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
I worked as a sales officer in EastWest Bank, I do online research of prospect clients to offer the best solution for both individual and corporate clients. I received certificate of recognitions. I worked also as a service manager in the same company, wherein I am in charge in the overall bank operations, I managed people wherein I train and guide them on the basic bank policies. I comply to the bank standard operating procedure. I directly report to my supervisor. I attended trainings and seminars that enhanced my skills in sales and bank operations and behavioral norms for my career advancement. I am looking for a job which I can fully utilize my skills and knowledge and be able to acquire new duties and responsibilities.    

I am currently working as a Relationship and Transaction Management Analyst in Deutsche Bank (contingent worker) since November 2021. My daily job is preparing cash projection reports for clients. Answering emails from clients, internal and external customers. I liaise with corporate actions, cash operations, settlements, etc. We handle custody security services. Monitoring of cash, inward and outward remittances for our clients.
