Profile Description

I have been with the BPO/Freelance industry for 15 years but most of my experience came from Amazon. As a former team leader, I have handled calls, emails, and chats for customer service, sales, escalation, and even technical concerns. I've also handled all sorts of accounts/Lines of business.

I also have experience being a virtual customer service/assistant in Amazon and Dropshipping, where I was able to learn how to use Amazon Seller Central, Trengo, Klarna, and Deepl. Contact customers for their feedback (using FeedbackGenius or Feedback Five), process refunds, create promotions and do drop shipments through seller central, track them, answer emails using Zendesk and also work on product listing. I also know how to file cases and upload listing on Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and Shopify. I can do a flat file if needed as well. I can also do  Amazon Dropship. I can also use Upgrade to see actual info for social media posts. I can also manage a Reddit Account.
