Schedule a meeting with me and myassociate to do a discovery call and let the client interview the VA.-I do client onboarding to this company and will educate new clients, helpsolve technical problems, and ensure smooth adoption of our products andservices-I handle the page on Facebook, posts some contents to source clients.-I engage with clients in the US from real estate and freight brokerage side.-Daily and weekly reports is part of my job as well as sending out contractsand invoices to our clients.-Having catch up sessions with our clients to make sure that we met theirexpectations and improve the thing and the tasks that we need do in orderfor us to scale their business.-As an Operations Manager, I handle virtual assistants and cold Upgrade to see actual infoecking their attendance, work volume, workload, productivity,performance and coach them on a weekly basis for us to be on track andimprove our expertise towards the phone or clients.
