I've been a Sales Coach in a UK Lead gen Campaign, we do cold calling, and a Junior Team Leader in an Australian Utility ---------- addition, I've got experience in an exceedingly US Telco Account as a Customer Account Executive; we handle billing concerns and basic troubleshooting, and we also offer service or plan upgrades. I also worked in an e-commerce company and provided customer support to their online stores, helping them with their concerns, sending emails, and processing orders; we also called customers who visited the website and people who abandoned their carts. The tools that we used were Shopify, Zendesk, and Shipstation. Finally, I worked as an Account Manager/VA in an Australian online booking company. My task involves customer service, lead generation, and negotiating with clients.
