I worked in Business Process Outsourcing Industry for 2 years and 3 months as a Technical Customer Service Representative and Tier 2 Supervisory Representative and learned all the basic and advanced skills of communicating with various customers and clients. I learned technical skills and fixed internet connections, cable boxes, home phone, and mobile devices.
At the present time, I am a Virtual Assistant, Link Builder, Web Researcher, and Outreach Manager for 8 years now. I helped my clients and my employers to achieve their monthly and yearly goals by providing them satisfactory service and able to meet their KPIs and working hours. I am a very determined and highly motivated person. I do take my job seriously to provide excellent service but I’m able to see things in perspective. I am an optimist rather than a pessimist. I always find a solution to problems and cope well when things get tough, and most of all I would say that I can provide satisfaction because the word "excellence" defines ME!
