Profile Description

I’ve been with the Business Process Outsourcing Industry for about 7 years now. I’ve been with various accounts account where I developed my talent in providing an excellent customer service; I’ve learned how to deal with all types of clients from all walks of life, gaining sales without being too pushy but just simply listening to the customer to find out what they need and providing them the right solution that would tailor fit their needs.
Right now, I’m holding the position of a Product Manager in a publishing company where I oversee all the work in able for the team to accomplish all the things that needs to be done in a timely manner.
