My previous job are both in BPO company. I work as a technical support for 4 yrs. The first 2 yrs is with SPI global, I receive calls from customers getting problem with cables. The other 2yrs is with HarteHanks company, I've been part of their Level 1 agent for 6 months, I support customer having issues with Samsung mobile phones then the company promote me as part of their Level 2 team
