I have been a Customer Service Representative with over six years of experience in telephone service, including Tech Support, and Customer Care. I have an unwavering commitment to customer service, with the ability to build productive relationships, resolve complex issues, and win customer loyalty. I mastered the strategic-relationship and partnership-building skills -- listening attentively, solving problems creatively, and using tact and diplomacy to achieve win-win outcomes.I am also a Virtual Assistant for more than 4 years. I have been a property manager for Costa Rica and the United Kingdom rental properties. I handled the reservation and inquiry thru Airbnb, TripAdvisor, HomeAway, and Upgrade to see actual info. I have all of the skills and experience you’re looking for, and I’m confident I would be a superstar in this project.
