I am a dedicated professional with 19 years of versatile work experience, excelling in business process outsourcing, administrative support, and accounting services. My career journey reflects a strong commitment to growth, adaptability, and delivering exceptional results across various roles and industries.
I started my career in the BPO industry as an Appointment Setter for a health insurance brokerage, where I developed essential communication and client management skills. In 2007, I transitioned to Capital One US as a Collections Specialist, excelling in debt recovery for 2 years. Seeking to broaden my expertise, I became an Executive Assistant, providing executive-level operational support for 2 years.
Returning to collections, I quickly advanced to Quality Analyst, earning a promotion before my first anniversary. Over the next 3 years, I thrived as a Quality Analyst and Solutions Coach, managing multiple teams, monitoring performance, and driving consistent improvements through strategic coaching and mentorship.
In 2017, I embraced new challenges by working with Australian clients as an offshore professional. For 3.5 years, I served as a Sales and Administrative Assistant, supporting operations and client management. In 2020, I shifted into the accounting field, where I worked as an Administrative Assistant, providing crucial support to accounting teams.
In 2022, I took on a more advanced role at another Australian accounting firm, where I gained expertise in complex tasks, including establishing entities such as companies, trusts, and superannuation funds, as well as managing compliance and governance requirements for ASIC and the ATO.
Currently, I work with my Australian client, continuing to handle advanced governance and administrative responsibilities for a broader and more complex client base. In November 2024, I had the opportunity to visit the client’s office in Melbourne, Australia, strengthening collaboration and insight into their operations.
