Profile Description

I have been in the BPO industry as a Customer Service Representative for almost 10 years and got promoted to Quality Assurance Specialist. Then I dUpgrade to see actual info to try freelancing 6 years Upgrade to see actual info my first job as a freelancer, I was hired as a product lister and researched t-shirt Upgrade to see actual info my most recent work, I started as a product lister, who does the listing of t-shirts on MBA, and after a few months, I became the executive/operations assistant who does administrative jobs.

When I was a Customer Service Representative, I made sure that I resolve their concerns and provide the best customer service experience to my customers. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, I listened to calls from my agents to check if they were providing correct information and resolution to their issues and provide feedback. I also attend call calibration with my colleagues, managers, and clients. I also worked as a chat support representative, back-office support, secretary, and travel agent. I have knowledge of MS Office, Google docs, and sheets, Gmail, Slack, Trello. I may now know everything but always willing to learn new tools that are needed with work.
