Profile Description

I am a virtual assistant for 3 years now and my main task is handling calls and emails on a daily basis providing general customer service and setting up important meetings.

I also have experience with data entry and data scraping and have worked with a client for two consecutive projects involving mainly PDFs and Microsoft Excel.

I am very proficient with Excel and Upgrade to see actual info just makes our jobs easier and I'm proud to say that Excel is my best friend. I know a lot about it.

Speed typing is also my forte with very minimal (if any) errors. My net speed is at 60 wpm.

I have an eye for detail and I always make sure that my output is of high caliber quality and submitted well within the set deadline (if not earlier).
