I also assist clients with their billing concerns, offboard clients who no longer wish to continue working with us, and collect feedback to ensure a smooth transition.
In my previous role as an Inbound and Outbound Call Center Agent for Convergys Baguio, eBay N.A Sellers, and Sitel Baguio City Corporation, Sears Delivery Customer care, I assisted clients' concerns and provided quality service to our customers. I helped eBay sellers set up their accounts, improve their profiles to make them more noticeable in terms of buyer search, and navigate the eBay website for the first time. I also helped and provided support to our sellers when dealing with buyers, such as shipping protection, payment protection, refunds, and item returns. As a Call Center Agent, I responded to large volumes of telephone inquiries from clients all over the U.S., resolving customer concerns and ensuring that their products would get to their address on the given date and time frame.
In terms of achievements, I have received several commendations from supervisors and customers for my ability to resolve problems on the first call and avoid escalation of issues. I have also achieved the lowest AHT (Call handling time) performance in October 2013, July 2015, and April 2016 and became a top advisor in July 2014 from our team.
