Profile Description

I started off working as a File Scanner/Data Encoder for over 3 years and came up to take opportunity in a BPO industry for over a year. I handled a US-based account, some of my main roles on there was to collect unpaid balance to prevent customer accounts to be delinquent. I also handled basic troubleshooting and of course I used to promote other client's products and services as well. I do also have a knowledge when it comes to Online Marketing via Facebook. I am a quick learner and willing to be trained. What I can proudly say about me is I can be able to communicate effectively and accurately and rest assured you will always get my best.
