I was an Admin Assistant and a Team Lead for 4 years and 4 months in a remote monitoring company. I specialize in adding demographics to the clinic's EHR system and answering queries through email, phone, Slack, and on the Intercom. I was in charge of resolving customer issues promptly. I also have years of experience in order processing, inbound and outbound calls, and managing billing concerns and disputes. I have also managed clients' social media accounts. Gathered leads using Dux-Soup and LinkedIn and created videos on Videoscribe. I was a customer and a sales representative in a high-volume call center for 2 years. I assisted customers with their billing concerns and upsell after issues were resolved. I was a virtual assistant for 6 months in a Singaporean-based company. My task was to do outbound calls, data entry, and processing orders on AliExpress. I was a telemarketer for 5 years for credit cards and loan applications in a locally-based company. My task was to call customers to ensure they would send all the requirements and that their application forms were correctly filled out. I am good at MS Word and MS Excel.
