I am an Accounts Receivable Specialist with over 10 years of onsite experience working in a trailer leasing company serving trucking and transport business owners. My role involved managing weekly and monthly lease billing, monitoring customer accounts, and handling collections through calls, SMS, emails, and formal letters to support consistent cash flow.

I handled the full Accounts Receivable cycle, including invoice preparation, payment tracking, follow-ups on overdue accounts, dispute resolution, and receipt application. Working in a leasing environment required structured processes and accurate records, as missed invoices or delayed follow-ups directly impacted revenue.

Alongside AR, I supported bookkeeping and reconciliation tasks, ensuring receivables were aligned with the general ledger and ready for reporting.
