I was a customer support for a health insurance account,where in, I mastered medical insurance policy and billing using ICD 9 and ICD 10. I was technical support expert for AT&T, I have broad knowledge in phone,TV and internet services. I was also a telemarketer for various of campaigns, I did cold calling, lead generation and converting it into sale. I've done virtual works for e-commerce and real estate business. I've personal knowledge in social media marketing on Facebook and Instagram since I did run my own online store by means of dropshipping.
