Good day, everyone!

My name is Marlon Francisco. I have nearly 12 years of experience in the BPO industry, primarily supporting US-based accounts. Over the past four years, I have specialized in US payroll and tax administration, managing payroll processing and tax compliance for multiple clients.

I recently earned my Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC), a professional credential that validates foundational knowledge of payroll processing, tax reporting, and wage and hour laws. This achievement reflects my commitment to continuously developing my expertise in the payroll field.

I am now looking for an opportunity to work directly with clients where I can further expand my knowledge and experience in US payroll and taxation. I look forward to taking on new challenges, contributing to business success, and continuing to grow as a payroll professional.

Postage and Mailing Solutions (US): Assisted customers with postage-related inquiries by identifying the root cause of mailing and postage issues, troubleshooting system concerns, and providing effective solutions to restore services.

US Insurance: Supported nurses and other healthcare professionals with their professional liability insurance, assisting with policy inquiries, coverage information, billing concerns, and account maintenance.

Australian Telecommunications: Assisted customers with mobile plan inquiries, including plan changes, billing questions, account updates, and general customer support while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.

US Ambulance Billing: Managed balance billing inquiries for an ambulance service provider by helping patients understand their bills, coordinating with health insurance companies, processing payments over the phone, and setting up payment plans when needed.

US Student Loans: Assisted borrowers in keeping their student loan accounts current and in good standing by processing payments, explaining repayment options, and enrolling qualified borrowers in appropriate payment plans.
