I am an Information Technology graduate currently working as a Product Support Analyst with experience supporting healthcare software products throughout their lifecycle. My work involves troubleshooting software issues, replicating bugs, performing manual QA testing, creating Jira tickets, writing technical documentation and test cases, and collaborating closely with QA and development teams to deliver reliable solutions for clients.
Before joining product support, I gained experience in IT support, where I assisted users with hardware and software issues, managed service tickets, and provided technical assistance. I also have a background in administrative operations, including client communication, data management, document organization, and process coordination.
I enjoy understanding how products work, identifying the root cause of problems, and improving the overall user experience through quality assurance and effective collaboration. Working directly with clients and internal teams has strengthened my communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
I am passionate about building a career at the intersection of technology, product development, and user experience. While I continue to strengthen my expertise in Product Support, Quality Assurance, Product Operations, and Business Analysis, my long-term aspiration is to grow into a Product Designer or Product Manager role.
