I assist our US clients in setting up accounts with different facilities that provide drug testing services. I send out paperworks and authorizations and provide customer support through emails.

I provide support by taking inbound calls from US clients and medical providers in relation to their drug testing program. I also do outbound calls.

I work with several clients, and each has their own protocol. I also process partnered with our Medical Review Officer assistant in processing drug test results. Keen attention to details is a must as I need to correctly identify negative and non-negative drug test results and process accordingly. In my previous work as a medical transcription editor, I also need to proofread that transcribed reports making sure there are no grammatical errors.
