For the past 3+ years, I’ve applied the systems thinking discipline from my Supply Chain career to GoHighLevel automation — designing CRM systems, workflow automations, sales pipelines, funnels, email/SMS campaigns, and AI powered processes that reduce manual work and scale conversions.

Before transitioning into automation, I built over a decade of experience as a Supply Chain Professional with global brands like Nestlé and Shell. My expertise spans Co Managed Inventory (CMI), Customer Service Operations, and end to end Order to Cash. Backed by an MBA from De La Salle University, I combine technical proficiency in SAP, Inventory Management, and Replenishment with a strategic understanding of the total value chain.

I am passionate about order optimization and driving efficiencies to improve processes and ways of working. Today, I bring this same mindset to automation — building solutions that deliver cost savings, streamline operations, and strengthen client support both short
and long term.

With a strong operational foundation and academic background, I bridge business strategy with technology. My goal is simple: to design automations that create measurable value and help organizations scale smarter.
