This skill is part of my Customer Service experience. I have experience with TouchCommerce chat tool when I was in a BPO company. Then during my time with TradePro Academy, we use LiveChat Chat and then migrated to GetResponse Chat.

Ahhhh, my back bone. As soon as I graduated college way back in 2010. I started working in a BPO company. It is a cellular phone service provider in the US. Realistically, my tasks here were customer service and technical support. After working for 7 years in BPO, I switched to WFH setup and lasted for 8 years as my Boss had to retire in selling trading education courses. I also started as a customer service in the trading company and later progressed as the company grew. I've experienced managing subscriptions and cancellations, processing refunds in Stripe and PayPal and countering disputes via Stripe.

I've work in a trading company as customer service initially and then as I grew with the company, different tasks were added to me and this is one of it. We send email newsletters to our members and promo offers to our prospects. Basically, the notes will be from my Boss and I will input them in Active Campaign and send or schedule send it to our Member List or Prospect List. I have also experience using GetResponse for email campaign. This should be 5 stars but were only allow up to 3 5-star rating for skills.

I have experience with setting a live stream for my previous client for 6 years. He has this daily morning market update in YouTube before. What I do here are the following: Setup YouTube Live Make the YT Thumbnail in Canva Add tags Like and Share in our company's Social Media Pages (FB,X) Aside from YT, we also do Live Trading Sessions via Zoom. So my task here is schedule Zoom Webinars and add our paying members to it.

My experience with this type of skill is mainly on Discord (7 years) and Circle (6months) community platforms. A brief description of what I do here: My Boss does this daily trading plan, he sends me his notes and images. Then, I will post it in Discord. Whenever we have promos and offers, I also post it in our discord chat rooms. I invite paying members in our discord and update their roles so they can access the chat rooms for members with subscriptions. While for those members who have expired subs, I remove their role access. In Discord, I ban spam users or people impersonating our staff because scammers are everywhere. As for my Circle, I do the invitation for paying members in case they did not receive the automated email and remove those that have expired membership.

I have experience with WordPress and Thrive. My task during were: to add new lessons in our trading courses as we usually update our lessons ever couple of years. After adding the title and lesson, I will publish and enable the page access to our paying members.
