For the last year and a half I've handled chargebacks for two Shopify brands at once, a US supplement company on PayPal and a Swedish home goods store on Airwallex. That means working in both USD and SEK, and on a busy day it's 60 to 80 cases. I'm used to the volume and I don't let cases slip past their deadline.

Subscription disputes I treat carefully. I remove the customer at the processor first so the next charge doesn't go through, then post the manual refund after, which keeps the billing and dispute records clean.
Behind all of it I keep a master tracker with the case ID, root cause, evidence link, status and outcome for every dispute, so nothing gets lost and any case can be reopened later without me having to dig.
Day to day I'm in Zendesk, Shopify Admin, PayPal Resolution Center, Airwallex Disputes, Gmail and Google Drive. I'm available full-time and flexible on US EST hours, with a quiet home office, fiber internet plus a hotspot backup, and a dual-screen setup.
