I have a bachelor's degree in psychology, and more than ten years of experience as a team manager for diverse projects for American, British, and Australian clients. I have a background in banking, retail services, order fulfillment, B2B, travel, escalation help desk, tech support, sales, and even HR recruitment just to name a few. I worked for six years with Australia's biggest Telco company helping launch and improve different accounts. I also had 2 years of solid experience managing an operations team remotely while helping support the process improvement and the quality team simultaneously. I’ve motivated, driven, and managed the performance of agents, and team leaders assisting and handling customer cases through inbound, outbound, chat, messaging, and email channels. Part of my regular tasks is to monitor and conduct quality checks of their work, provide feedback for improvement through coaching, and guide the team in delivering a world-class customer experience.
