My experience comes from running my own TikTok Shop and Shopee business for the past 6 years. During that time, I managed product listings, inventory tracking, order fulfillment, supplier coordination, affiliate management, campaign launches, reporting systems, and process documentation using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, Trello, ChatGPT, Claude, Canva, Zoom, and Google Meet. I am also currently expanding my skills in Shopify, HubSpot, Slack, Notion, and Google Analytics.
These experiences shaped my skills in ecommerce operations and I am actively honing those skills into a Shopify-based business model through training and gaining actual experience.
