I have over three years of experience in customer service and administrative support, including two years with Amazon Customer Service and more than a year in HR and payroll administration. Throughout my career, I've worked with large amounts of data, maintained confidential records, assisted employees and customers, and made sure tasks were completed accurately and on time.

I'm comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, H2Pay, and other online tools or system to stay organized and manage day-to-day administrative tasks. I enjoy keeping things organized, solving problems, and helping both customers and teams work more efficiently.

I'm currently looking for opportunities as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or eCommerce Customer Support Representative. I'm a fast learner, dependable, and always willing to take on new challenges.
