I have a wide experience in Administrative Assistance, Product Sourcing,  Fulfillment of Orders (Shopify, CommerceHQ, Ebay, Amazon, AliExpress, Walmart) Social Media Management, Ghost Article Writing, Research, Human Resourcing (which includes but not limited to Manpower Recruitment and Screening), Outbound Sales and Marketing, Sales and Strategic Planning and Marketing, Team Lead, Project Management, Service Recovery, Email Support, Customer Support, Customer Service Management and Tutorial Services.

I have worked both in Administrative and Management levels in various industries. I am also a Degree holder of Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. Proficient in MS Office, Libre Office and Opera Systems (Hotel Data System)

My other experiences includes Supervisory and Management level positions in Front Office Management and Operations, Ad hoc Clerical tasks, Documentation and Records keeping, Non-Life Insurance Policies and its Technicalities.

I posses the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently and can create good clientele relations. I also have a flexible and pleasing personality, I can be trusted and relied on.

And most importantly, I am a team Player but can also work independently with less or no supervision at all.
