Assisted employees and supervisors in resolving payroll and overtime disputes by reviewing attendance logs and supporting documentation. Worked closely with HR, Payroll, and department managers to ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations while maintaining accurate employee records and reports.

Besides my IT duties, I was also involved in HR and administrative work, managing records for over 8,000 employees. My responsibilities included tracking passport expirations, contract documents, health card renewals, and residency permit renewals, making sure employee records were accurate, updated, and compliant with company policies and government regulations.
