You are looking for a Virtual Assistant? Would you consider applicants without experience yet? But always shows up on time, willing to learn, and trainable . I have with me years worth of experience as a Sales Associate where I was able to do tasks such as handling customer concerns, monitor inventory, and work toward meeting sales targets while providing excellent customer service.

I’m applying for Logistics and Freight VA position. I may be new to the industry, but I recently completed hands-on training with Freight Courses 101, where I learned real tools and processes used by U.S. logistics companies.

During my training, I worked with:
Estes, TForce, Old Dominion (ODFL) for LTL quoting
TMS systems (creating quotes + shipments)
Load boards (lane research & load screening)

Here’s what I can confidently handle:
*LTL quoting using TMS & carrier sites
*Documentation such as BOL/POD
*Track & trace / daily updates
*Load board searching
*Admin + email support
*Accurate shipment data entry

What I lack in experience, I make up for in:
Fast learning
Strong attention to detail
Coach-guided training
Professional communication
Reliability and long-term commitment
